We at Bucklandgifts, are committed in dealing honestly and fairly with our customers. All correspondence is confidential between you and us.

Availability of Goods

All products are subject to availability. Our website only show goods available within the UK. At the moment we are unable to despatch outside UK.

We welcome any enquiries you may have about any of our items, before  placing an order.

Payment

The total price including any postage and packing, will be calculated at the time of purchase.

Paments will be dealt with safely and securely.

Damage

All goods are checked by us prior to despatch. Please check goods as soon as they arrive. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt.

Cancellation of Order

The placement of an order, confirms acceptance that we have up to 14 days to despatch your goods, from the cleared payment.

If an order is delayed for longer than 14 days, you have the right to cancel, and we will refund you in full.

Returned Goods and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days, from the date of delivery. The item must be in original condition, and packaging.

Refunds will not be accepted after 14 days of receiving items. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of delivery, when you return any item. The buyer cannot expect a refund, if there has been accidental damage, or decide that they no longer want the item.

Any complaints should be made via email to jackiebuckland@ymail.com.

All complaints will be dealt with within 5 working days.

Privacy Policy

All transactions and correspondence will under a strict privacy code. We will not disclose any information about  our customers, to any third parties. We will only contact you when and if you want us to. If you do not want us to keep your email address on file, please inform us and we will remove  it immediately.
